Monday, May 6, in the afternoon in Port-Salut (South Department) a truck carrying merchants with their goods, overturned after violently hitting trees for an unknown cause in the locality of Morne La Source.
The balance is heavy and amounts to 2 dead and 9 wounded, 2 seriously, confirmed the former Director of the National Ambulance Center, Garnel Michel Coordinator of the Haitian Organization Technical and Operational Services to Stop Accident (STOP-Accidents).
Note that the same day in the morning not far from the area of the accident, another road drama had killed 2 and made several wounded.
