In this respect the Minister recalls that in accordance with Article 215 of the Constitution and in application of Articles 1 and 2 of the Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Heritage ratified by the Parliament on 19 February 2009, on the one hand, and the paragraph 2 of Article 4 of the Decree on Copyright and Related Rights in 2005, on the other hand, informs that the "Cut Iron" or "Cut Metal" as a cultural element of the Village of Noailles of the Croix-des-Bouquets is now protected by law. As a result, any commercial exploitation is subject to the provisions of the law.
