iciHaiti - Politic : PM wants a return to normal in the public administration
Friday, following the partial dysfunction of the public services since June 9th, acting Prime Minister Jean Michel Lapin organized in his official residence a meeting with the Directors General.

This meeting allowed an assessment of the troubles that hindered public services during the week. The Prime Minister has instructed the Directors General of public bodies to make every effort, from Monday, June 17, so that the Public Administration can continue to offer its usual services to the population.

Recall that earlier this week Jean Michel Lapin, in a circular had already asked the Ministers and the Directors General to make all the arrangements for the civil servants to be in their position in a short time, at the regular hours to perform their task.

For his part Michel-Ange Gédéon, the Director General of the National Police of Haiti, assured that all the measures were taken to restore peace and security throughout the Republic so that "public administration is commensurate with its mission of continuously providing services to the population."
