The Office of the Ministry of Planning and External Cooperation (MPCE) has learned with dismay of the tragic death of Tchinsy Étienne, an employee of the Ministry, on June 12, 2019 in Delmas.

"On behalf of the Minister, Jean Claudy Pierre, Jeancois Joseph, Cabinet Director, expresses his sympathies to the bereaved family and the employees of the Ministry. He took the opportunity to ask the competent authorities to conduct an investigation to clarify the circumstances of the assassination of Mr. Étienne and identify the perpetrators of this odious act for they respond of it front the court."
