While the country operates "in sight" without budget for the year 2018-2019, the latter having been returned to the Executive in 2019 by the Chamber of Deputies, for modification so that it meets the needs of the country, the Government at 3 months from the end of the fiscal year, still has not submitted its revised copy to Parliament for ratification; the Executive which was to deposit in Parliament the draft law of finance 2019-2020 no later than June 30, 2019 according to the prescribed of the Constitution, did not make the expected deposit of this document...

The economist Kesner Pharel, believes that this delay will mortgage the next fiscal year and will cause low growth, see a "negative growth" in the country. He recalls that the lack of budget significantly affects the growth of companies that need this financial information to know the directions of the Government and plan their development and investments accordingly.
