The Consulate General of the Republic of Haiti in Guadeloupe / Martinique / Saint Martin French part and Dominica learned through the Haitian associations in Guadeloupe, the various irregularities faced by some of our citizens with regard to the controls carried out throughout the territory.
The consulate took note of the various situations which were immediately addressed to the authorities concerned. The consulate takes the opportunity to remind Haitian citizens that according to Article L 611-1-1 alienate 5 of the Code of entry and residence of foreigners and the right of asylum (CESEDA) they have the right to notify or make notify the Haitian consular authorities when they are interpellated.
The Consulate General of the Republic of Haiti in Guadeloupe / Martinique / Saint Martin French part and Dominica will continue to work for the respect of the rights of each compatriot without forgetting the duties that are incumbent on everyone.
