On November 30, at the Garment Technology Training Center of Caracol, Georges Barau Sassine, President of the Association of Industries of Haiti (ADIH) and the Ambassador of Taiwan (Republic of China) in Haiti, Bang-Zyh Liu, participated in the graduation ceremony of 93 young people in Clothing Technology.

In his speech Georges Sassine emphasized that the graduation of these 93 young people was part of the perspective of strengthening the production of the textile sector, which plays an increasingly important role in the Haitian economy.

For his part, Ambassador Bang-Zyh Liu, convinced that vocational training remains a key factor contributing to the development of a country, congratulated the recipients who successfully completed their training, adding "The Republic of China is very pleased with the the functioning and performance of the Apparel Technology Training Center inaugurated in 2018 in order to provide young people of both sexes with vocational training adapted to adequately meet the needs of the Caracol industrial park for qualified human resources."
