As part of its training program for a hundred local leaders in community networks, the Internet Society Association (ISOC Haiti) is organizing two days of intensive online workshops on July 20 and 21, 2020 at 10:00 am, focusing on community networks with national and international stakeholders.

The first day focuses on what community networks are, their contribution to the Internet connection of rural and underserved areas and how they can improve the Haitian economy.

The second day focuses on the deployment of community networks on a global scale. This session will focus on best practices and lessons learned from different experiences around the world.

The presentations will be in English and will be translated into French.
