iciHaiti - Politic : Partnership with the BSEIPH for the benefit of disabled police officers

Soinette Désir, Secretary of State for the Integration of People with Disabilities, received at the end of July a delegation from the Haitian National Police (PNH), made up of 5 agents headed by the Divisional Commissioner Kesnel Pierre.
The delegation presented to the Secretary of State the "Direction du Bien-Etre" a structure of the PNH which has for mission, among other things to supervise the police officers with a handicap arisen in the exercise of their function and to promote the rights of police officers and their value as full civil servants.
At the end of the discussions, the members of the PNH delegation will benefit from training on the issue of disability and a supply of suitable materials for staff living with a disability are among others, the commitments made by the Secretary of State Soinette Désir.
