Saturday, August 29 at the MEAD CPS7 terminal of the National Port Authority (APN) located in Drouillard (Commune of Cité Soleil), customs officers with the support of officers from the Office for the Fight against Narcotics Trafficking (BLTS) discovered and seized while checking a container of weapons and ammunition.

These are 4 weapons: two pistols 1 Taurus and 1 Glock 19 of 9mm caliber and 1 American Magpul assault rifle and a Churchill rifle of 12 caliber as well as 5 magazines and 502 ammunition of various calibers.

Following this operation 2 men were arrested Monfils Jean Rony and Sainvil Jean Robert were arrested.
