On September 10, President Jovenel Moïse, accompanied by Chancellor Claude Joseph, presented to 30 diplomatic students from the 3rd promotion their letters of nomination to join the Académie diplomatique Jean Price Mars after having passed the entrance examination.

Moïse took the opportunity to promote knowledge and meritocracy and asked these young people to always remember where they came from, not to forget that they come from the people and that they are obliged to work for the people.

President Moïse, while renewing his commitment to promote excellence in the country, called on all State organs to divorce completely from the system of "pistons" within the Public Administration so that young people who decide to go to school can regain confidence in the country and work for well-being and good change.

The laureate of this 3rd promotion of the Diplomatic Academy Jean Price Mars, did not hide his pride, thanking the President for having chosen meritocracy as a criterion for the integration of the university world with the State, rather than the game of political relations.
