On October 1, the Electoral Advisors proceeded to teh election the bureau of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP), a very feminine bureau since 3 of the 4 elected members are women.
Members of the board :
Guylande Mésadieu, President (Representative of human rights organizations);
Espérancia César, Vive-president (Representative of the diaspora);
Guy Roméus, Treasurer (Representative of Reformed cults), treasurer;
Josette Macillon; Secretary General (Representative of women's organizations).
