Following the various municipal decrees published by the Cap-Haitien Town Hall last week, including the one regulating the movement and parking of heavy goods vehicles (truck, container, dump truck, trailer) in the town, the municipal authorities will hand over to the Traffic Service of the National Police of Haiti, padlocks for trailers (lock trailer).
