A long process has just ended, some contract workers have waited more than twenty years to be appointed to the civil service. The injustice has just been corrected and a better framework created even for those who are not part of this group. Former contractors and the director of the Union of the ministry stressed that the current authorities stand out from the way of doing the former leaders who have always privileged political clientelism to the detriment of competence. This new way of doing things gives hope to hundreds of other ministry contractors. Finally, they believe that success can depend on the efforts made. For his part, Jefferson Charles the Director of Human Resources invited the new civil servants, to behave as managers concerned with accomplishing their tasks brilliantly and promised to continue working to improve the working conditions of hundreds of civil servants and contractors of the ministry at the level of the ten geographical departments of the country.
