In a note Max Delices, from the Executive Director of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) advises that the draw to assign a number to each party or political group initially scheduled for Wednesday August 18 at 2:00 pm as well as the registration or the confirmation of political parties and groups coming to an end on Tuesday August 17th https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-34502-haiti-elections-drawing-of-numbers-for-political-parties-and-grouping.html are postponed to a later date.
In addition, the CPE announces that technical teams will be dispatched to the great South and the North-West, with a view to evaluating the electoral infrastructure and will indicate the measures that will be taken accordingly.
