Thursday September 2 on the airs of Telemicro 5, within the framework of the program "matinal 5" the Dominican President, Luis Abinader, launched a warning to the armed gangs operating in Haiti and advised them to refrain from crossing the border. Abinader asserted that "until now" the Haitian gangs had not caused problems in the country but he assured that the Dominican intelligence services, have precisely identified who are the people who lead these gangs in Haiti and we recommend them not to cross the border because otherwise they will be confronted with the Armed Forces", declared President Abinader. In addition, Abinader indicated that he will send a message to the international community on the crisis situation in Haiti during his participation in the United Nations General Assembly scheduled for September 14, 2021.
