On Friday February 4, Me Jean-Robert Constant, Technical Secretary of the Superior Council of the Judiciary (CSPJ) published the list of 9 magistrates who lost their certification for the 2021-2022 financial year for "lack of moral integrity and bad behavior in the judiciary."

List of non-certified magistrates :

Bob Simonis: Deputy Judge (Jacmel Peace Court);

Duny Dubé: Judge (Court of First Instance - TPI, of Croix-des-Bouquets);

Fermo Jude Paul: Judge and Investigating Judge (TPI of Croix-des-Bouquets);

Hosman Jean Baptiste: Deputy Judge (Gros-Morne Peace Court);

Leccius Legene: Judge and Investigating Judge (TPI of Jacmel);

Lenor Julien: Judge and Investigating Judge (TPI of Jacmel);

Monique Jean: Judge and Investigating Judge (TPI of Jacmel);

Pierre-Apsorbe Pierre-Louis: Judge (TPI of Croix-des-Bouquets);

Robert Cadet: Dean on leave (TPI of Fort-Liberté).
