Of the 755 cases handled by the CAN in March 2022 (-22.08% compared to the previous month https://www.icihaiti.com/en/news-36197-icihaiti-health-report-of-the-national-ambulance-center-february-2022.html), 35% were transfers, 23% obstetric emergencies and 10% head trauma. The CAN intervened in : 58 cases of respiratory distress (not associated with Covid-19); 22 cases of chronic diseases (various pathologies); 172 obstetric emergencies; 260 transfers (references and laboratory tests); 67 various conditions (malaise, diarrhoea, fever, anemia, abdominal pain, etc.) In addition, the CAN intervened in 61 road accidents, 10 bullet wounds, 15 stab wounds, 77 traumas (injuries and fractures of various degrees), 3 cases of burns, as well as 1 case of Covid-19 confirmed and 9 suspected cases. Of the 755 cases handled by the CAN : 427 interventions took place in the West, 163 in the Artibonite, 25 in the South, 22 in the North-West, 41 in the South-East, 61 in the North/North-East, 10 in Grand'Anse, 6 in Nippes and 0 in the Center.
