It is in an atmosphere of consternation and emotion that the Divisional Commissioner Jean Maurest Étienne Director of Personnel of the National Police of Haiti (PNH), representing the Commander in Chief Frantz ELBÉ, accompanied by Commissioner Ulcenaire Bujou, Head of the medico-social service as well as members of various delegations from the Departmental Directorate of West-2, paid a last tribute to their brother in arms.
