Liszt Quitel, the Minister of the Interior, Enold Joseph, the Minister of Defence, Lieutenant-General Jodel Lessage, Acting Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Haiti (FAd'H), senior State officials, as well as former senior officers of the FAd'H and the National Police of Haiti (PNH), among others, took part in this religious ceremony, alongside the family of the deceased. At the end of the religious celebration, following the thanks of the family pronounced by Mrs. Katlenne Monpoin, the funeral oration was delivered by her classmate (of promotion), General Fritz Romulus, who retraced the career of this exemplary officer from the military academy to the rank of Brigadier General. In addition, the military honors due to his rank were also rendered by the brass band and a battalion of the FAd'H.
