iciHaiti - Justice : The Ministry of Commerce threatens to close rebel gas stations
The Ministry of Trade and Industry reminds all those concerned that, in accordance with the law of December 20, 1946 on illicit speculation (black market) and the decree of November 25, 2020 relating to the sale on the public road of petroleum products, the purchase and sale of products such as gasoline and diesel in gallons and any other inappropriate container is strictly prohibited. Any gas station that does not comply with this provision will be automatically closed until further notice.

In addition, public and private institutions, requiring a supply of said products on site, must have their representatives accompany them with an order memo duly sealed and signed by an authorized person.

The Ministry of Commerce and The industry counts on the understanding and collaboration of all the entities concerned for the respect of these provisions.
