A major operation as part of the fight against kidnappings was carried out by the National Police of Haiti (PNH) on Friday July 29, 2022 in Débussy at the impasse Mon premier #8, in search of Pierre Guintheur suspected of involvement in several cases of kidnapping followed by sequestration, in particular on the road to the Airport and in Turgeau.

During this operation, the suspect was not found, however his concubine Manielita Fleurantin was arrested and the police seized numerous materials during the search of the residence of Pierre Guintheur among others :

1 complete UDMO uniform (2 shirts and 3 pants)

1 complete Administrative Police uniform (2 shirts and pants)

1 EDH fluorescent vest

4 police belts.

1 black police kepi

1 radio communication device

1 ASUS laptop

1 GLOCK pistol and 4 magazines

1 Taser

1 tear gas canister

88 rounds of 9mm caliber

3 National Identification Cards

2 EDH cards in the name of Pierre Guintheur

1 ONA card in the name of Pierre Guintheur

2 driving licenses in the name of Pierre Guintheur

1 Card from the Intelligence Service of the Ministry of the Interior

1 gun license

1 license to possess a weapon at home

2 passports

1 plate "Security Enforcement Officer"

3 mobile phones

Currently Fleurantin Manielita is kept in custody at the Central Directorate of the Judicial Police (DCPJ) for the legal consequences and the named Pierre Guintheur is still actively wanted for kidnapping.
