iciHaiti - Pétion-ville : Wanted notice for gang leader Alex Amstrong Dumorné

As part of the fight led by the Police against organized crime, an operation was carried out on August 17, 2022 in Bristou in the commune of Pétion-Ville, to track down the members of a group of gangs led by a former police officer Alex Armstrong Dumorne.
During this operation, gang leader Alex was shot and wounded in exchanges of fire with law enforcement officers. While the policeman Pierre Roukidson, hit by bullet succumbed to his injuries as well as an intelligence agent.
Despite his injury, Alex Amstrong Dumorné managed to escape. He is actively sought by the National Police of Haiti (PNH).
