Of the 751 cases handled by the CAN in July 2023 (+6.07% compared to the previous month https://www.icihaiti.com/en/news-40020-icihaiti-health-report-of-the-national-ambulance-center-june-2023.html ), transfers (42%) and obstetrical emergencies (23%) were the two most important items. Number and types of interventions: 9 suspected cholera cases; 10 confirmed cholera cases; 29 cases of respiratory distress (not associated with Covid-19); 33 cases of chronic diseases (various pathologies); 174 obstetric emergencies; 76 Public Road Accidents; 317 transfers (references & laboratory tests); 13 traumas (injuries & fractures of varying degrees); 5 bullet wounds; 6 stab wounds; 79 various ailments (malaise, diarrhoea, fever, anemia, abdominal pain, etc...)
