This space is now made available to the Town Hall of Les Cayes and the Association of Haitian Owners and Drivers (APCH/South branch) who will develop it to temporarily operate a public vehicle station.

This decision comes into effect immediately and can only be changed after a final court decision between the Haitian State and a few protesters lacking authentic documents.

This document constitutes an agreement between the parties."
