Me Joseph Estinvil Delegate of the South Department advises that "[...] for security reasons, the Delegation requisitions the vacant property located in Kasyèl opposite the School of the First Baptist Church of Les Cayes to temporarily park vehicles public occupying the boulevard des quatre chemins and the route de charpentier wanting to take the RN# 2.

This space is now made available to the Town Hall of Les Cayes and the Association of Haitian Owners and Drivers (APCH/South branch) who will develop it to temporarily operate a public vehicle station.

This decision comes into effect immediately and can only be changed after a final court decision between the Haitian State and a few protesters lacking authentic documents.

This document constitutes an agreement between the parties."
