The Prime Minister a.i. Ariel Henry in circular #011, in reference to the Order of March 29, 2017, relating to the State's lifestyle aimed at the rationalization of public expenditure and for better cash management, notifies all public administration authorizing officers to ensure that end-of-year expenditure is limited to what is strictly essential.

Consequently, orders for end-of-year gifts are prohibited, in particular Christmas baskets, expensive greeting cards and the organization of lavish parties at the expense of the administration.

The Ministry of Economy and Finance will take all necessary measures to ensure scrupulous compliance with this circular.
