Frantz Elbé, several specialized units including SWAT, and the special Anti-Gang unit (UTAG https://www.icihaiti.com/en/news-40573-icihaiti-pnh-presentation-to-the-public-of-the-antigang-unit.html ), among others are deployed in Mariani, an area located in the commune of Gressier in order to facilitate the free movement of citizens.
