Friday July 5, 2024, in cooperation with the Haitian National Police (PNH), the municipal security agents of the Town Hall of Cap-Haitien, on the orders of the head of the traffic services of the Town Hall, carried out a major operation against three-wheeled motorcycles (tricycles) which are used to entering the city center even though a municipal decree prohibits them from doing so.

In order to enforce this decision taken by the authorities to facilitate traffic in the city center, PNH agents have received orders to confiscate 3-wheel motorcycles that they come across in the city center.

The Municipal Administration reminds all drivers and owners of tricycles to comply with the decision not to allow the circulation of tricycles in the city center
