The National Education Fund (FNE) has set up a grant program to help Haitian students pursue master’s and doctoral studies in approximately 17 countries, including Canada, France and Belgium.

This program funds the specializations of Haitian students abroad in various fields such as public law, public administration, education and agronomy.

This 250 million Gourde program (funded by the tax on money transfers and international telephone calls) funds more than 250 Haitian students abroad for 2 years.
