iciHaiti - CONATEL : Closure of a pirate radio station and two summonses
The Executive Body of the National Telecommunications Council (CONATEL) conducted a monitoring operation at the Boutillier antenna site (Port-au-Prince). The intervention of the CONATEL Engineering and Spectrum Control Directorate made it possible to detect a pirate station called "Capris FM" (93.1 MHz), which was disrupting the frequencies of Tease FM (93.1 MHz), Radio Ginen (92.9 MHz) and mobile telecommunications on the 850 MHz band. The illegal station was shut down.

Furthermore, following the radiation level measurements carried out, the stations "Radio Commerciale" (92.5 MHz) and "Regard FM" (92.7 MHz) were ordered to reduce their power level.
