This mechanism, aimed at promoting the standardization and professionalization of football clubs in Haiti, has been in place since 2015. A significant step was taken in 2024 with the 26 clubs, all categories combined, including 14 from the men's D1, which met the established criteria, demonstrating a growing commitment to the structural development of Haitian football. The Federation's Commission responsible for reviewing the files is currently evaluating 20 new applications submitted recently. This step will determine the eligibility of these clubs. At the end of this evaluation, the General Secretariat will publish the official list of clubs that have met all the criteria in the different categories concerned.
