The three members of the Commission, Me Cadet Paul Rachel (President), Jean Kléberson (vice-president) and Lafleur Ronald (member), officially took note of the various files on which the FHF Club Licensing Manager, Jean Joshua Mervil worked. The documents submitted by the first division clubs will be carefully analyzed by the Commission, which will verify their authenticity before potentially granting the 2024 license to clubs meeting the criteria established by the Confederation of North, Central America and the Caribbean (CONCACAF) and the FHF. COLICLUB undertakes to work in complete independence on the issue of licensing. "No club will be privileged" affirms the President of the Commission, Me Cadet Paul Rachel, adding that the regulations will be their compass. According to the members of the Commission, the final report for the various files submitted should be available before July 15. Let's remember that all Haitian clubs will be subject to this process which was reset for futsal last May, D2 on June 9, 2024, women's clubs on June 22 and academies or football schools on July 4th, 2024.
