iciHaiti - Tourism : Wings & Things Gastronomy Festival
The Wings & Things festival returns for its third edition, from April 24 to May 18, 2025, celebrating culinary creativity centered around chicken wings.

This year, a major new feature marks the event: for the first time, the city of Jacmel is joining the tour, thanks to a strategic partnership between the Ministry of Tourism and H Hospitality, who aim to highlight local gastronomy and boost domestic tourism by offering a delicious and immersive experience to Haitians and visitors. A Culinary Tour Through Three Cities

The festival will tour three major cities across the country, offering varied tastings and a festive atmosphere:

• Cap : April 24-27, 2025
• Jacmel : April 30-May 4, 2025
• Port-au-Prince : May 9-18, 2025

Each stopover will be an opportunity to discover chicken wings prepared in all their forms, creations by local chefs, and an atmosphere blending music, conviviality, and culinary pride.

Through this festival, the Ministry of Tourism reaffirms its commitment to promoting local expertise, encouraging culinary innovation, and offering a new way to discover the country through its flavors.

The Wings & Things initiative demonstrates the power of Haitian cuisine to attract visitors, helping to strengthen the connection between culture, gastronomy, and tourism development.
