The Ministry of National Education (MENFP) notifies all school principals, both public and private, that it has extended the registration procedure for candidates for the 9th grade fundamental State examination until May 16, 2025. This decision aims to facilitate the process for school principals who were experiencing difficulties.

The Ministry reminds students that the registration procedure remains unchanged. Therefore, all school principals must follow these steps:

1. Pay the registration fee for each student who will be taking the 9th grade AF exam. The amount is 1,500 Gourdes per candidate;

2. Submit the payment slip to the Departmental Directorate of Education (DDE) so that it can authorize the school to finalize the registration of the paid candidates.

3. Validate online, on the Ministry's platform, the paid candidates on the list of 9th grade classes who will be taking the official exams.

The MENFP (Ministry of Public Health) asks all school principals who are behind schedule to register all students scheduled to take the 9th grade state exams for the 2025 school year, as there will no longer be any opportunity to do so after May 16, 2025.
