The Economic and Social Assistance Fund (FAES) is continuing its initiatives in the Grand'Anse department, particularly in the commune of Anse d'Hainault. Construction work on a 30-meter footbridge over the Médisant River is progressing at a steady pace.

This project, designed to improve the mobility of local residents, is part of the Safety Net Strengthening Program targeting vulnerable populations.

Under the supervision of the Pan American Development Foundation (PADF), an operator specializing in community projects, several activities were carried out this week, including:

- Excavation and excavation operations;
- Steel forming and assembly;
- Construction of foundation beams
- Reinforcement of the walls.
