On Monday, September 1st, Inspector General Berson Soljour, Chief of Staff to the Acting Commander-in-Chief of the Haitian National Police (PNH), installed Inspector General Carl-Henry Boucher as the new Director of General Intelligence (DRG) and Head of the PNH's Command, Control, Communication, and Intelligence Center (C3i).

Inspector General Carl-Henry Boucher replaces Inspectors General Prophète Joachim and Isaac Max Harry, the outgoing Director of the DRG and Head of the C3i, respectively.

On the same day, Inspector General Jacques Joël Orival, Central Director of the Administrative Police (DCPA), installed Divisional Commissioner Richardson Mersan as the new Commander of the Haitian National Police's elite Intervention Group (GIPNH-SWAT).

Divisional Commissioner Mersan replaces Chief Commissioner Pierre Willy Renois, who served as Acting Commander of the GIPNH-SWAT and has now become Deputy Commander of this specialized PNH unit.
