iciHaiti - Training : «Women's Entrepreneurship»
Some forty women Municipal Section Administrative Councilors (CASEC) and Municipal Section Administrators (ASEC) from the West region took part in a three-day training course on "Women's Entrepreneurship" at the Kinanm II Hotel in Pétion-ville. This training was organized by the Ministry of the Interior's Directorate of Local Authorities through its Sub-Directorate of Local Institutions and Territorial Civil Service.

The primary objective of this training is to help participants develop techniques and strategies that will enable them to assert themselves as leaders, add value, and generate wealth. It also aims to encourage them to develop viable projects that can actively contribute to the economic growth of their respective communities.

This training benefited from technical and financial support from the "Support for the Governance of Local Institutions and the Territorial Civil Service" (AGLDT) Program, the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), and the "Governance, Finance and Accounting" (GOFICO) firm.

The Ministry of the Interior, under the direction of Minister Paul Antoine Bien-Aimé, is working to strengthen the capacities of local government stakeholders by offering them new development opportunities that benefit both citizens and their communities.
