Haiti - Cap-Haitien : Fake charter flights to Mexico

The Mexican Embassy is alerting the public to the circulation of false advertisements concerning alleged charter flights between Cap-Haitien and Cancún on social media. The Embassy informs the public that the Federal Civil Aviation Agency (AFAC) has not granted authorization for the operation of such flights between Haiti and Mexico. Please remain vigilant.

Users are also reminded that Mexican immigration authorities may request additional documentation from foreign nationals wishing to enter Mexico on a visitor visa to justify the purpose of their trip, including proof of a return ticket to their country of origin. Immigration authorities are authorized to deny entry to Mexico to individuals who do not meet these requirements.

For official and up-to-date information on visa procedures and entry requirements for Mexico, please consult the Embassy website.
