iciHaïti - Disability : Economic integration is underway

On Tuesday, December 16, 2025, Génard Joseph, Secretary of State for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities (BSEIPH), launched the "Handi Business" project.
Thanks to Génard Joseph's leadership and sustained efforts, two major initiatives have been completed:

• 5 people with disabilities received the first mills to start their own micro-businesses.
Secretary of State Joseph is working tirelessly to transform assistance into autonomy and disability into opportunity.
The project plans to distribute 100 mills to enable beneficiaries to generate regular income in their communities.
