“As of July 17, 2026, we informed the public that there was another outage on our fiber optic infrastructure on National Road #2, affecting several of our services in the southern part of the country.

Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, repairs are not yet complete due to ongoing security concerns that continue to restrict access to the affected area.

Our technical teams are still on the ground and ready to intervene as soon as security conditions allow. At the same time, we are working closely with the relevant authorities to obtain all necessary access and enable us to carry out repairs safely and as quickly as possible.
