Recruitment of court clerks : The CSC/CA completes the first phase of evaluations 20/08/2026 10:14:47
On Tuesday, August 18, 2026, the Superior Court of Accounts and Administrative Disputes (CSC/CA) held the first phase of candidate evaluations for the clerk recruitment competition at the Saint Joseph School of the Brothers of Christian Instruction (FIC) in Pétion-ville. This step is part of a rigorous, impartial, and transparent recruitment process conducted by the Human Resources Department, under the supervision of Saint-Juste Momprévi, Advisor for Reform and Training. This step reflects the Court's commitment to strengthening its structures and operational capacities, in accordance with the provisions of the Decree of May 17, 2005, revising the General Statute of the Civil Service. During this first phase, candidates were assessed on their legal reasoning and analytical skills, their writing abilities, and their knowledge of administrative procedure, judicial organization, ethics, and legal culture. Following this assessment, the results will be published, and eligible candidates will be invited to a second phase, consisting of oral examinations. Applicants who successfully complete this final stage will be able to join the Court's new team of clerks. It is worth noting that strengthening the clerkship is a key factor in improving the Registry's operations and consolidating the administrative and jurisdictional efficiency of the Superior Court of Justice and Administrative Disputes (CSC/CA). Through this recruitment, the Court aims to acquire qualified human resources capable of fully contributing to the fulfillment of its constitutional mission. IH/ iciHaiti
