On September 23, 2026, the Haitian Football Federation (FHF) launched a symposium on refereeing for Haitian female officials.

The proceedings were opened by Yvon Sévère, a member of the Normalization Committee, in the presence of Jean Markingson J. Natoux (Director of Refereeing), various instructors, and Michelle Vanessa Gabriel Jean (Head of the FHF Safeguarding Department).

Developed and implemented by the Refereeing Department—with the support of the FHF and the National Referees Commission (CONA)—this symposium brought together 50 female referees from the country's ten geographic departments.

Having arrived the day before, the participants are taking part in four days of training, discussions, and experience-sharing.

Throughout the four-day symposium, they are attending theoretical and technical classroom sessions, as well as practical sessions on the pitches at Saint-Louis de Gonzague and Parc Sainte-Claire.
