Some events rarely make headlines, yet they form the foundation of institutional strength : 30 new Assistant Public Accountants at the Superior Court of Accounts and Administrative Disputes (CSC/CA) took a solemn oath on September 23, 2026, to manage state resources and must remember that this responsibility extends to every citizen.

Their role is a true mission to protect the public interest. The CSC/CA is an independent and autonomous financial and administrative court. It is responsible for the administrative and jurisdictional control of State revenues and expenditures, and for auditing the accounts of state-owned enterprises and local authorities.

The Court received the oath of office from the officials appointed in accordance with Article 48, paragraph (e) of the decree of November 23, 2005, concerning the Organization and Functioning of the CSC/CA.

The swearing-in ceremony took place before the Court Council, composed of : Me Rogavil Boisguene, President; Ms. Marie France H. Mondesir, Vice-President; and the following judges: Saint-Juste Momprevil, Nonie H. Mathieu, Marie Neltha Fétière, Pierre Volmar Demesyeux, Jean Ariel Jean, and Fritz Robert St. Paul. Also present were Mr. Napoléon Lauture, representing the Prosecutor's Office; Mr. Elisée Payen, representing the Clerk's Office; and Marc Donald Jean, Bailiff.
