6th edition of the great craft fair « Artisanat en fête »

20 and 21 October, will take place the 6th edition of the great craft fair "Artisanat en fête" to the Historical Park of the Sugar Cane in Tabarre. More than 200 exhibitors will be present. "Artisanat en fête" is a major event, which constitutes a significant symbol for craftsmen and a great showcase for the expertise of Haiti.

Inauguration of Vocational Training Centre of Petit-Goâve

Yesterday Friday, the National Institute for Vocational Training (INFP) and the international NGO Help Hilfe zur Selbshilfe (HELP) have proceeded to the inauguration ceremony of vocational training center of Petit-Goâve and the graduation of 57 students. The INFP and HELP successfully completed the first phase of the project funded by the Federal Ministry of the Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) for the construction of 3 buildings of 210 m2 and the training of 20 students in the construction trades, 20 students in plumbing and 17 in electricity. The INFP took the opportunity to present the training strategy and of functioning of the center, which will officially open its doors of November 5, 2012. Anédie Azaël to the Miss International contest in Japan

Anédie Azaël [23], Miss Haiti 2011, which has already participated in the Miss Universe pageant in Sao Paulo [Brazil] in 2011, will represent Haiti in the 52nd edition of Miss International to be held in Okinawa, Japan, Sunday, Oct. 21. Anédie asks to the Haitians to believe in their potential, and youth in education.
