Employees of the OPH agreeably surprised
One month after the installation of Ms.Chancenade Françoise, t the head of the Post Office of Haiti (OPH), the results are already visible. Indeed, thanks to the efforts and perseverance of the new Director and after 3 months of waiting... employees of the OPH have been agreeably surprised to receive on March 2, their bonuses from the institution. Ms. Chancenade Françoise announced major changes in the OPH, n order to make the institution more effective.

Questioning of the Government
According to the President of the Bureau of the Chamber of Deputies, Jean Tholbert Alexis, Thursday, April 4, will be held the second session of questioning of the governmental action in the Lower House. Several issues around agriculture and the environment, will be discussed with the Prime Minister, Laurent Lamothe and members of the cabinet.

Restoration of Fort Jacques...
Monday, Stéphanie Villedrouin, the Minister of Tourism met with Ms. Rocourt of the Institute for the Protection of National Heritage (ISPAN) and Ms. Douby around the issue of restoration of Fort Jacques, built on top of the hills surrounding the city of Kenscoff under the direction of General Alexandre Pétion.

Thousands of visitors to the National Historic Park
The Regional Tourism North has indicated that during the Easter period, thousands of Haitians including foreigners, have visited the two most important monuments of the National Historic Park : the Citadelle Henry and the Sans Souci Palace. This traditional patriotic pilgrimage each year sees an influx of visitors coming from the 10 department, which come to explore the sights of the destination north.
