Bac, 3,000 cell phones seized

Vanneur Pierre, the Minister of Education indicated that 13 arrests, 40 candidates eliminated and 3,000 cell phones were seized during the first part of Bac exams, which were held from July 1 to 4 "[...] Some candidates thought they could escape the vigilance of the ministry officials by entering in the examination centers with cell phones. After the validations, community planning exercises and voting scenarios, a further step has been taken in the work with the community platforms. The Project Management 16/6 just opened for each community platforms on Petion-Ville and Canapé Vert of bank accounts in SOGEBANK.
