In the new fiscal year 2013-2014, 60,000 farmers, 20,000 fishermen and 5,000 beekeepers will receive in the month of November, in the framework of social assistance program "Kore Peyizan" an assistance from the Government like the 60,000 farmers who have already received assistance in fiscal year 2012-2013. New beneficiaries will be selected at the level of 50 municipalities in the country for strategic reasons.
Taiwan investment projects
Thursday, Lev Bouillon, the Communications Director of Investment Facilitation Center (CFI) and Jean-Pierre Mangones, Chief of Staff, have received members of the Republic of China (Taiwan) in Haiti : Mr. Shan-yi Huang, First Secretary and Jose Luis T.C. Lin, Economic Counsel, to discuss various investment projects planned for Haiti.

Friday in Petit Goâve, Professor Johny Placide, originated from the town, proceeded to the inauguration of the Academy of Administrative Sciences and Technology (ASCATEH) in the presence of different personalities. The academy, an initiative of Professor Placide, aims to train young professionals for the labor market and executives for the country.
