Arnel Bélizaire 9th day of hunger strike

Anniversary of Simon Bolivar

The Head of the Mission of Haiti to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Lesly Jean Benoit, was among those who received a Honor Pin, for having represented the first independent black republic of America and the only Caribbean country to have supported the cause of emancipating of Simon Bolivar.
