Friday at the Pan American Games currently taking place in Toronto until July 26, the Haitian swimmer Frantz Dorsainvil, 24, participated at CIBC Pan Am/ Parapan Am Aquatics Centre & Field House, in the competition 50 meters free style men. He finished the race in 33.83 seconds with a reaction time of 0.95, finishing 7th and last in the qualifying Group 2 with 11.71 seconds behind the winner of the competition, losing all chance of qualifying for the final.

Fiest in the classification of the Group of 7 swimmers, the American Cullen Jones with a time of 22.12 seconds, followed by the Argentinean Federico Grabish in 22.25 seconds and Puerto Rican Erik Risolvato in 22.48 seconds.

At the 3 groups combined the best time was made by American Joseh Schneider in 21.97 seconds, followed by Cullen Jones with 22.12 seconds and Argentinian Federico Grabish in 22.25 seconds. Overall in the 3 groups, Haiti ranks last...
