Monday in Jacmel, Jimmy Albert, the Minister of Youth, Sports and Civic Action (MJSAC), proceeded to the launch of a Regional Civic Service Center.

In his remarks for the occasion, the Minister Albert has invited young people to seize the opportunity to train through this Regional Civic Service Center. He urged them to return to the spiritual, moral and civic values : the solidarity, togetherness, patriotism, are evoking the themes of the song "Nou se lajenès" (Kenbe tèt ou ! Kraze bèt ou ! Ķwè nan tèt ou !).

Also spoke at the launch, Otarice Rousseau, Director of Civic Action (DAC) of MJSAC and Yvon Monérise Deputy Director of DAC and coordinator of youth training for the Civic Service Center.
